Job Summary

Job Title: Sales Specialist

Location: Bangalore

Job Type: Full-time

We’re looking for a results-driven sales representative to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.

US/UK (Any international) Experience is must at least one-year invoice process.

Responsibilities and Duties

Selling products and services using solid rebuttals to prospective customers.

Performing cost-benefit analyses on existing and potential customers to meet their needs.

Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales.

Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

Reach out to customers through email leads (Warm Leads) and inbound calls (Hot Leads).

Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.

Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.

Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.

Relevant industry/domain expertise in sales or Customer service for one or more industry verticals.

All these responsibilities to be performed on an Inbound queue & Outbound calls (Night Shifts).

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

Proven work experience as a Sales Rep.

Good knowledge of MS Office.

Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

Excellent selling, communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

Should be from a Sales Background

Min 1-2 years experience in US Call Center / Voice Process (Night Shift)

Graduates with a minimum of 1-year of work experience.
