Qualification : MBA / BBA Graduation with Marketing specialization
Experience : 0 - 5 Years ( MBA freshers pay will be 18k+ Incentives)
Salary : 2Lac - 6Lac
Job Role : Pre-sales, Lead generation
Industry : Automobile/ Accessories/ Resale
Responsibility : Customer Satisfaction
Location : Electronic city and Kormangala, Bangalore
Relationship Manager Responsibilities:
Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
Identifying customers\' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
Providing customer with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
Upselling and cross-selling products/services to customer.
Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
Meeting sales/revenue targets.
Ensuring customer satisfaction.
