1.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
2.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in terms of resolution.
3.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file.
4.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.\r\n5.Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.
6.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

Any Bachelor’s degree.
Good Communication skills.
Problem and Issue handling skills.
Ability to handle customer concern with a positive note.
Proactive and Situation handling skills.
Basic Computer/Excel knowledge
Minimum 1 year Customer support experience from service industries.
Language- English and Hindi Mandate( Kannada,Tamil and Telugu will be additional preference)
*Prefer to work on weekends.
