Job Description:-\r\n1.Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions within the time limits; follow up to\r\nensure resolution.\r\n2.Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools in terms of\r\nresolution.\r\n3.Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file.\r\n4.Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.\r\n5.Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls.\r\n6.Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and\r\ninteractive communication.\r\nDesired Skills and Competencies :-\r\nAny Bachelor’s degree.\r\nGood Communication skills.\r\nProblem and Issue handling skills.\r\nAbility to handle customer concern with a positive note.\r\nProactive and Situation handling skills.\r\nBasic Computer/Excel knowledge\r\nTaking Responsibility.\r\nMinimum 1 year Customer support experience from service industries.\r\n\r\nLanguage- English and Hindi Mandate( Kannada,Tamil and Telugu will be additional preference)\r\n*Prefer to work on weekends.
