Job Description
Responsibilities:\r\n• Generate revenue and make a huge impact in growth, by developing/maintaining\r\ncustomer relationships and positioning products in the market\r\n• Inbound and Outbound customer calls and convert them into sales\r\n• Maintain, build and update calling/mailing databases\r\n• Research on different tools to increase the sales and business opportunities\r\n• Demonstrate initiatives for refinement & strengthening of existing product\r\n• Regular follow up with new and existing customers\r\nDesired Skills:\r\n\r\n• 0-2 years of experience in Inside sales/telesales experience in a B2C environment with\r\nexcellent\r\ncommunication skills, enthusiastic go-getter and willing to meet targets\r\n• Consistent track record of achieving sales target (monthly/quarterly), preferably from\r\nEducation\r\nindustry background.\r\n• Experience in selling Software products/Services in the past preferred.\r\n• Successful candidate will have demonstrated perseverance, motivation, diligence with\r\nattention\r\nto detail.\r\nReporting To: Business Manager\r\nWorking hours: Shift based, US/UK shifts\r\nAdditional benefits (over and above CTC): sales incentives & shift allowance
