Tracking the Sales Leads – Potential Lead /  Obsolete and updating on CRM software

Monitor the sales operations on CRM software with timely data input to complete the end-to-end orders

Generate the sales report periodically for analytical study and improvisation

Product Barcoding & Updating the Product Catalogue

Listening to customer concerns and resolving issues and complaints promptly

Escalating complex or unresolved complaints to the relevant authorities

In-depth understanding of a company's internal processes and the techniques to improve the business

Keeping abreast about the industry, market trends, new product arrivals on the floor and stay competitive for all time business

Developing domain knowledge to understand the industry's specific needs, preferences and challenges

Manage Floor Operations

Monitor and supervise housekeeping staff to upkeep the showroom ambience, spick and span

Supervise the staff, manage inventory, resolve customer issues and optimise operations on the floor

Supervise the floor staff employees in receiving, storing and shipping goods

Ensuring proper resource allocation, such as personnel, equipment and materials at regular intervals

Manage floor staff in performing their duties effectively w.r.t inventory, barcoding, housekeeping, customer handling

Regularly inspecting work areas to identify areas for improvement

Identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies, such as frequent downtimes, inefficient workflows or quality control issues

Tracking & Managing inventory levels and stock availability using software, inventory documentation and records to improve inventory control

Tracking and managing outwarding and inwarding product samples from time to time

Ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards

Conducting periodic inventory audits to identify opportunities for efficiencies by eliminating stock discrepancies or improving storage practices, or stock rotation
