Required skills
- Voice based process late-stage debt recovery\r\nthrough outbound / Inbound calls.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal\r\n& written.
\r\n\r\nThorough knowledge of US 3rd Party\r\ncollections business
\r\n\r\n- Knowledge of 3rd Party collection\r\ntechniques
\r\n\r\n- Sound computer knowledge with good typing\r\nspeed with accuracy
\r\n\r\n- Exposure of working on dialer and manual\r\ncampaigns
\r\n\r\n- Understanding of regulations and statues\r\ngoverning 3rd party collections along with different State Laws
\r\n\r\n- Good reasoning and logical abilities
\r\n\r\n- Must have good knowledge of FDCPA & State\r\nLaws.
\r\n\r\n- Document the calls to ensure all information is\r\ncaptured.
\r\n\r\n
